    Rate per sq ft for this building.
    I am starting a new cleaning company and I have this building to bid on.
    Total sq ft is 70.000 sqft two floors,17 bathrooms,65% v.c.t. 35% carpet.
    7 days a week cleaning to include v.c.t maintenance/carpet cleaning.
    This is used as a day care center/health&physical.15%day care rest health&physical I will supply all cleaning supplies the customer all paper/bags.what should we charge per sq ft to clean this building thanks.

    Please tell me your area? Where are you?

    Is there heavy competition?

    Besides paper products is the client supplying plastic (trash bags), hand soaps and feminine products?

    Frequencies of VCT work and carpet cleaning?

    Any specialty work; refrigerator cleaning, dishes to be cleaned, etc. Things that take more time?

    Anything unusual in the specs?

    Is window cleaning included?

    How many days per week?

    Is there a Day Porter to be supplied by you?

    Do you already have the equipment; Swing machines, carpet machine, etc?

    Please let me know, thanks. Then we may be able to start pricing things.
