    Is it require to stay 1 year to get in-state tuition fee in H4 Visa in California?
    Hello friends,

    I am currently in H4 visa and my husband is working in H1B since 2 years. Do I have to stay one year in California to get In- state tuition fee in California state colleges?

    Resident rate tuition fee applies to US citizens and green card holders who have become residents over 1 year only.
