    Filing taxes
    I just moved to Georgia from Florida, I only worked in Florida have not held a job in Georiga since I came on January 6, 2009. Do I file my taxes in Florida or Georgia??

    Neither.

    Since you did NOT work in Georgia at all in 2008, you have NO Georgia tax liability for 2008. You WILL file a 2009 Georgia tax return next year for any income earned while you are a Georgia state resident, regardless of where you earn the income.

    Since Florida has no state income tax, you owe NOTHING to Florida as well.
