    Felon and passports
    Can I receive a passport? I was convicted on a drug charge in 1995 and want a passport.

    There is nothing in the passport application that asks about felonies. How to Apply for the First Time (In Person)

    The problem you may run into is whether the country you wish to visit has a restriction on you visiting.
