I'm 17 first time in trouble
:confused:Im getting in trouble for stealing at wal-mart when there were 2 other girls who were with me they pick out the stuff and they even put the stuff in the bag but I walked out the store with the stuff, when we got caught I'm the only one who corporated while the other 2 girls were being very rude, the trooper said that all of use would be charged and that it would be on our recored for the rest of our lives, but I'm the only one who got charged why is that? They never contacted the other 2 girls at all.. There was 112 dollars worth of stuff but its getting pined on me when there was 3 people all together who took it, I don't understand why I'm the only 1 who's begin charged when all 3 of us were caught and told we all would be chagred.

Probably because it was you that carried it out of the store. Sorry for your mistake. Guess you need to stand up and take your punishment like an adult. If you are really remorseful about this incident, you need to write a letter to the store manager apologizing for this stupid mistake and promise that it will not happen again and mean it.

    Hello s:

It doesn't matter what happens to your partners in crime.. The law isn't fair. Welcome to adulthood.

If it was me, I'd hire a lawyer.

I don't think a letter to the Wal Mart manager is going to do you any good. I'm sure he's never even heard of you. Even if he has, it's the prosecutor you need to worry about - not your victim.
