    Plastic reducing elbow
I have a plastic reducing elbow fitting that I need to disconnect. How do you disconnect the side holding the plastic tubing to the fitting without breaking the fitting?

Is this rigid PVC, a picture would really help here. Tell us more about the tubing and what it is connected to.

Going to have to have a pic of your setup. Or a better explanation. If you could post a clear picture of the fitting and tubing, we will most likely be able to help you out.

It is PVC, it is attached to the drain line of a reverse osmosis faucet that connects to a saddle going into the sink drain line.

That elbow has a Sharkbite type connector, pull back on that collar and then slide the tubing out. This means you pull collar one direction while the tubing then goes in the opposite direction.
