    Workmans compensation
    I was hurt in alberta canada had surgery on my right knee but it is still not right they are sending me to a clinic in new brunswick were I now live what are my rights also the operation was in aug of 2008 they sent me to a clinc in canmore alberta were my life as well as the lives of other clinets was put in danger I found a guy dead in the hotel room as he was wired on pills and swining knives in my face I need to no what my right are and if I have any legal action I can take it seem that they are trying to run my life they sent my doctor a latter info him that they were looking after me in the clinic and he had not see me this is my family doctor and that there doctor at wcb was handling me

    I'm not sure what you're asking. Your rights in regards to what? What legal action are you looking to pursue?
    And even more confusing: why were you in a hotel, how did you find a dead body and why was someone swinging knives in your face? Why weren't the police called?
