I have PCOS and want a baby so bad!
I have Pcos... Polycystic ovarian syndrome. I am sooo ready to have a baby but my husband doesn't really want me to go on any kid of meds yet, he wants one too but not as bad. We don't use any protection but we also really don't have sex a whole lot, because one day he is ready and the next day he isn't. He said if it is meant to be then it will happen. I would never go behind his back and go on the meds without him knowing does anyone know of how I COULD GET Pregnant on my own?? I want a baby so bad I can't wait!

I am not sure what you are asking you said your husband is pretty much leaving it up to if it happens it happens. And they say it is more likely to get pregnant when you really don't have sex a whole lot
Are you saying you want to take your meds but he doesn't want you to take them?

Yeah he doesn't want me to take hormone med... I think he is scared that I will end up having like 5 or 6 babies, he is on of those guys that doesn't really believe in doctors and med, he thinks most thing are in your head. But I was told by my gyno that I would have to take med to become pregnant... but he isn't ready for that yet I guess... even though I am not on any kind of protection now.

Oh I didn't realize that you were referring to fertility drugs,
My daughter had HPV and she has a healthy baby.
Just give it time and if you don't get pregnant see a doctor

Women conceive with PCOS all the time. My mom has had it for decades and had three healthy babies.

Some women have it more severely than others, but there are many success stories out there, with and without the help of drugs. Usually pregnancy happens when you stop trying and just enjoy the practice. Sometimes taking the pressure off is all you need to conceive.

Thank you for the advise!! I know... that's what all my friends keep saying... two of my closet friends just found out they are pregnant. So I hope that it will rub off on me:)

I also have PCOS, have had it for about 7 years, I have one healthy boy, who is the light of my life! My husband and I have been trying to conceive again for about two and a half years, no luck yet, back on Clomid this month, which helped the previous time. So hold thumbs for us? I know it is possible, sometimes we must just relax and believe that everything will happen when its supposed to. Best of luck, I know the desperation and hopelessness can sometimes become overwhelming, but it will pass.! Just never give up!!
