    Deport wife

    My wife came here on a k-2 visa can I deport her?

    You posted your question as a answer to someone else about a divorce hearing.

    You can not deport anyone ( from the US) if they have violated the terms of their VISA, you can report them to immigration.

    K-2 visa is for child(ren) of K-1 (fiancee)... are you sure she came on K-2? How long have you been married?
