Well it's going to be a hardware issue if you have formatted and same thing happening
Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup.
Try just using 1 stick of ram (if you are using more than 1) and if same thing, try just using other stick of RAM to try and eliminate RAM as issue
I tryied changing basic RAM, HDD and Power supply but nothing going to fix yet
If you have the resoruces, change slots for video card or even change out video card if you have that option
Try disconnecting all devices, (scanner, printer, etc.. ) and see if that helps
Do you have any errors in device mgr.
If using wireless devices, just try using devices that directly attach to PC (if using wireless mouse, use wired mouse etc... )

Hello, Thank you for your suggestion to me, however I followed the instruction as you said, I did all, except the Video card changing option cause I don't have other slot, I checked with one stick of RAM even vice-versa but nothing happened. System Device Manager does not reflecting any errors and I don't have any wireless device or scanner etc. Now from today morning I got a noise when my system was about to start HDD giving noise just seems it is crying to run, don't know why it is, I feel my HDD is corrupt, but not confirmed, would you tell me what happened suddenly, wheather It was running fine. Can you tell me, is there any process to check HDD bad sector or to fix it (if it have). I'm worried if my HDD going to corrupt, then at this moment I can't afford any new HDD and don't believe that within 4monts of use it would be like this. Please Suggest and help me.

Hello, Sorry for delay. As you suggest me I went through that and got the software for my HDD, I installed it and afterwards went through the HDD test according to HITACHI Co. And now I got that (Error :0x73 Excessive Shock Damaged Device).
So it was my last result, in the mean while suddenly my HDD crash suddenly and after hard work I'm just able to use it once again, but the C drive is not working, means out of 80GB now I can only use approx 62GB.It is the result, so now what you say, I really shocked that within 4months is it possible that any HDD going to damaged? If yes, then I can say HITACHI is the worst company or may be other (Segate) have the same quality...

Unfortunately, there are 43 links for this searching Google and it seems to be issue with the drive.
At this point I'd contact Hitachi and follow their suggestion which I'm guessing will be to obtain a replacement drive. If still in warranty then perhaps they will replace it.
They may have 1yr hardware replacement, have to check it out
