    Good thanks Bear , I see you guys have been pretty chatty over the last couple of hours.

    Geeezzz... everytime I come back I have to read a book! I guess we all feel at home back in our Castle again. The Island was a nice vacation... but the Castle is always home! :D

    Haha! I've got such a sore back today for whatever reason, I can hardly sit up straight. I don't know what the heck I did, but it's giving me a lovely side effect of a boomin headache! How 'bout you Bear?

    Hmmm I can't beat that, I'm OK ta just a bit cold because the heating hasn't been on today but other than that I'm physically fine :).
    Sounds like you could use a back massage, maybe you could lie down and get niki to trample on your back lol :D

    Lol I'm sure she'll be very careful, after all who's going to give her milkbones if she squishes you :D
    Maybe a nice hot chocolate and some asprin to sort that heach out as well good luck with soting both out :)
