Why am I so darn insecure?
I seem to be constantly second guessing any decision I make, I feel guilty about almost everything all the time, I don't believe in myself even though I'm not a bad person, and have some really good qualities, but have a really difficult time seeing the positive. I don't have many friends because I've been too hurt to trust again.
I always have to get validation over everything I go through, feeling, always needing someone else's opinion if I'm doing the right things... (like here for example)
Got any advise why I'm like this?
Ps... I'm perimenopausal, which May be part of it, but I just would really like to know if that could be the case.

    Welcome my friend :)

This is a pretty common state of mind, most people feel like this. Or felt like this at some point in there life,

The best advice I can give you. Is set yourself some small goals. And once you complete them you will gain self worth,

For my gym helpt me out with that,
You could try starting up a hobby.
Doing something you like.. and being good at it. Can make you feel really good.

Now when it comes to women.. it's a bit harder, you just have to stay strong.
No one makes the right move all the time
But it is how we deal with the wrong ones, that make us who we are.

So try not 2nd guess yourself as much. Because its so easy to look back and things and say I should have and could have.

Just make sure you know you did the best that you could do. With the information you had at the time.
And that's all anyone really can do..

    All the best

I think this is a brillaint statement. Emphasis being on the information you have at the time, its easy to see mistakes after they happen, but there's always a reason for why people do things and if your intentions were good, then you did your best,. so relax and just move on slightly wiser.

    Hi
I've asked about getting my blood checked for my hormone level, but he said it would only tell what my state was at the time of the test, my levels could fluctuate, and I just don't have the drive to find another doctor. I've been with this one for 30 yrs. He also said because I haven't missed any cycles, and I've been regular up until the past couple of months, I'm peri-menopausal, and to basically just "wait it out" until I stop my cycle for a year... then I'm in menopause.

I just wish I didn't feel so down, and blue!
