    How do I keep them from having rights?
    I'm not sure who my daughetrs father is.. im stuck with one who is great with her and we don't get along and another how puts his hands on me and has not seen her since October because I sent him to jail and I have a protective order against him . I'm scared that he will hurt me and her how do I keep him from having any rights to her. No contact or anything

    First step you need to do is get the guy that is great with your daughter to take a paternity test. Then depending how that turns out take it from there.

    If you don't get along with him and he does end up being the father you file for joint custody and only deal with him about things that pertain to your daughter.
    If the great guy IS the dad you tell the other guy that he has no ties with you or your daughter and so therefore stay out of your lives,
