    3 wire cooktop to 4 wire supply box
    What is the right way to connect a Dacor electric cooktop with 3 wires (red/black/green) to a supply box with 4 wires (red/black/white/bare copper)?

    In your case this is a straight 240v appliance that does not require a neutral.
    Just cap off the white wire in the feed box.
