    Is there a case here?
One of my friends needed a place to stay and me and my girlfriend invited her to stay with us. She recently moved out with out notice, and refuses to pay the amount she owes us. Is there anything that I can do to get it legally taking care of this situation?

Did they sign any sort of contract with you saying that they would pay for anything?

You can charge guests you invite to stay with you? Really? I have to look into this.

Did you have an agreement with her about rent when she moved in? Did you agree that she had to give you notice? I think that without an agreement of some sort, you'll have to take the loss, otherwise you could probably go to small claims court.
