    I googled it, found a site that claims someone used this as their license plate and that it's considered obscene, but they wouldn't say why.

    Tal, no worries, I've got a paper bag you can wear, I cut out holes so you can see, and another hole so you can breath. I even decorated it with polka dots and sparkles, it's really pretty, ooh, and a paper sailor hat and a fake mustache (I picture you with a mustache). So, no worries, you're all set to go out! :)

    Yep, a front license plate of a car, as seen in the rear view mirror by the driver ends up as you described.
