    Divorce procedure / legal separation
    Hi,

I am married for almost 10 years. My husband had cheated before and gave him oportunities. Now I think is doing the same thing, even though I have no proof. I am tire of this situation. I want out of the marriage. We have a mortgage together and credit cards debt, finance car, and student loan, and two kids. I am not sure what to do or where to go.

    Thanks,

You call a lawyer and file for divorce. The financial aspects will be divided in the divorce proceedings.
