    My sons revoked probation.
    My son revoked his probation because he had a misdemeanor for possession of marijuana and he failed his drug test. He goes to court next week. I put him in drug counseling and he goes to see his court appointed lawyer tomorrow. Will I be able to be with him when he talks to the lawyer and will his drug counseling help his case? This is in the state of Tx.

    How old is the son, under 18 or over 18. IF he is a adult and he is still in lock up, the lawyer will see him most likely in lock up. If he is not in jail, if you go with him you can, but then he may not aso tell the attorney the full truth either.

    No, drug counseling before this happened, since fear of going to jail is not helping what will.
