    Automation of bulk mails in ms access 2007
    Hii
    Please can any one help in automation of sending bulk mails to different receipients which is already in the database,that is when certain data is selected in database the particular mail has to be automatically shooted to that particular recipient... as I am new to database as well as MS Access 2007... can anyone suggest how to fix this

    There are a couple of possibilities here. You can create a mail merge in Word using your Access query as the Data Source. You can also create your form letter as an Access Report.

    You can do an e-mail merge with Outlook as well.
