    Hi, bellhop41!

Is this a question that's on a job application? Or, is it information that you want to put into a cover letter or resume?

    Thanks!

That's okay! If it's actually on the job application, what are the exact words that are used in the question, please?

    Thanks!

Okay, I can see that you're not logged onto the site anymore. So, what I'm going to do is to take a guess as to what might have been the wording of the question.

Here might be a possible and pro-active response.

My career aspiration for working at (name of store) would be to use my education, training and experience to enable the store to grow in profit, respect and standing in the community through my being a team player and working with employees so that they will feel as though they are important members of our team in working toward the set goals that the owner(s) of the store want to be achieved.

Something like that anyway. I'm sure that you "catch my drift". Doesn't necessarily have to be that long. But, the important thing is to let the store owner or owners know that you'll be striving to show how you will be best able to be of service to them.

I wish for you only the best!

    Thanks!
