    Non-profit mens club
    Need to know the following question:

    1. How you go about and get charter a non-profit mens club?
    2. Do club need an EIN#?
    3. What laws/forms need to start club?
    4. What type of bank account needed for this club?

    Where is this club, in the US, Canada, Denmark?

    Charter? Are you doing a franshise ?
    If not you merely incorporate your own business. You become non profit by filing with the IRS for a non profit status

    Normally yes you will have a EIN number

    There will be 100's of pages of forms, filings and licenses. Most people will hire an attorney to set this up

    A business account
    Perhaps a savings account
    Separate payroll accounts and so on
