    Passport avaliability?
I am wanting to apply for a dutch passport, I am wondering if I am eligible?

My grandfather is from Holland and immigrated to New Zealand and has since naturalized. Is it possible to obtain a passport given these circumstances?

There are many aspects to be considered in this case... did your grandfather renounce his citizenship when he became naturalized? Did he report birth of your parent at the consulate? Etc. Most important issue, Holland does not recognize dual citizenship... so you need to find out about your grandfather and your parents legal status first...
