So we started school and we have this new teacher at first he seemed really nice in cool but than it started getting to me and then he changed he always flirts with all the girls he tries to put his arm around us even me he always does this to me and another girls in my class and other girls in other hours a lot of people think this in our school we think he is some kind of creeper or likes little girls! I don't know what to do about this I am getting very scared and I don't know how to prove that he is one.. or why he does this can anyone help??
This would mean a lot!

You need to tell him to take his hands off you. Say, "Mr. Smith, please don't put your arm around me. Thank you." You need to get your friends to all agree to tell him that. You should tell your parents right away what is happening.

My son told me about a teacher like this. He didn't bother my son, but he kept saying inappropriate things to the girls, all the time. And every week, my son came home with another story. The kids were all about 13.

I kept complaining to the principal and they kept telling me it was nothing. I complained to other parents and heard some more stories. I went back to the principal. Nothing happened. Then one day, the teacher was gone, no explanation. They brought in another teacher for the rest of the year.

The trick is not to give up. Keep your boundaries up. DON'T let this guy touch you or anyone else or keep saying things without telling him it's not okay. Follow your instincts. It's not your job to prove anything. Just tell the truth about what he says and does. If you have to, get up and walk out of his classroom. You deserve respect.

Tell your parents. They will go to the school administration. Failing that, there is someone that supervises the administration (school board usually). You will find that parents have a way of finding other parents with a like mind, especially if there is something harming or upsetting their kids.

There is no reason for ANY adult to be touching ANY child in a way that makes them uncomfortable without your parents being involved (doctors and such... )

Edited to add: don't worry about being able to *prove* anything. Just tell your parents about this guy. It is someone else's responsibility to prove it, but if he is doing this to more than one girl, and it seems as he is, proving it will be pretty easy.
