    Sorry can't help.. a friend of mine has twin daughters, she ended up quitting her job to take care of the girls full time when the girls were 4 months old. It's not fun at all... I'd prefer one at a time.. :p

    Without using medical assistance, you will see it occur more in women who have twins in their families... in older women... women of certain ethnic backgrounds... and oddly enough there is some speculation that the diet of the Yoruba tribe, specifically the yams they eat may play a role as they have the highest percentage of twin births. These, however, are not the same yams that one would find in most supermarkets. Certainly good for you, but would they help achieve twins?. obviously if someone ate a good deal and happened to have twins, they would think so... :)
