    Lease agreements
    My landlord states that he does not have a copy of the lease but I do. Does it matter if the landlord does not?

    If you have a copy signed by both you and the landlord that is binding. If its not signed by the landlord, its probably worhtless. If he lost his copy or never kept one, then I would makle a copy for him

    If the landlord is a good guy and you like living there then I would give him a copy. It really isn't that big of a deal. If you signed the lease then you should go through with the deal.
