    Pop-ups in Firefox
    I have recently started using Firefox and discovered that the pop up blocker is not very effective. With IE7 I was able to eliminate nearly all popups.

    Is there something in Firefox configuration that will solve this?

    More info:
    HP media center PC
    OS = Vista
    Running McAfee security center

    With these two Firefox extensions you can take back control of the interweb:

    With the former gain even finer grain control with 'CAPS' (not a reference to letter case)
