Hey, I am now a month and 9 days late. I have never had a regular period so no set time of the month when it would come, but I have had one every month until now. I took two test one in the morning and one in the evening and both were negative. I don't feel like I am about to start the only changes I see is that I am bloated and tired but I'm always tired. I did notice last night my heart was breating very fast, that was not normal. Could I be pregnant?

It's possible... see what happens when your next period is due then either try another test at home or visit your doctor for a test at the office if still no period.
Since your periods are not regular, they may just be off a bit more than normal this cycle.
