Over the last couple of days I've been getting pregnancy symptoms. M period is nearly 2 weeks late and usually regular. My boobs seem loads bigger, I need the toilet more often, my belly is bloated, I'm constipated and have the blue veins going to my nipples. I went to the doctors and did a test, the doctor said try a test with morning urine and so did and it came back negative. Soooo confused.

It may just be a case of having to wait a bit longer. You can ask your doctor about having a blood test done, they may or may not do one just yet. Sometimes they prefer to wait until you have missed two cycles because missing an occasional period is not uncommon.
Either try another test in several more days, (if your period doesn't show up) or wait until your next period would be due and see what happens.
