    Type of corporation
Which type of corporation should I choose to establish a start-up internet company in the USA with limited liability controlled by two partners which plans to issue shares to others and eventually go public? One partner is a non-profit organization which is not a US citizen/resident.

By start-up Internet company, I meant to say that I intend to begin an income generating website.

    Thanks
