    Child Abandoment
    I am a single momma and the father has never seen, called, asked about his son in two years. Can I file for abandoment?

    What is abandonment? What is it you want to file? Child support? Yes. Abandonment is not something that you file for, it's a crime. And this isn't abandonment.

    You can claim that when you go to court to ask full custody and to eliminate his rights to visit at this time.

    You can use that to ask child support enforcement to work harder in collecting the money from the court ordered child support

    What type of custody agreement do you have now, what and how much is the court ordered child support
