    Rename a part of same folders or files name
    Please tell me how can I rename a part of same folders or files name in windows xp

    Select a file >> right click >> select rename option

    And, another way would be to gently and slowly double-click on the name of the file. Then, it should be evident that you'll have the option to rename it because it will be highlighted.
