    Installing control

I have a carrier 5 wire heat and air control and am trying to install a rth230b, there is a blue wire on the carrier, but no blue on the honeywll, there is an "rc connection", id that supposed to be the blue. The instructions said to remove the wire between the rh and rc. I needto know what colors match the rh is red, the g is green the y/y is yellow and w/w is white I assume the rc is blue, but do not want to mess something up. I called your help line and they said to reconnect the rh and rc and leave the blue unconnected??

It is not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. Especially when your question belongs to a different forum. So I've moved your question to its own thread in the correct forum.
