I need to know.. if lets say my cousin he's 2 years old his dad is going through a lot. My aunt died last year on the 29th of December yes it's been a year it feels like oly about 3 months have past but back to my cousin well she died of cancer and ledt a beautiful baby healthy boy behind when he was about 2 months old my uncle is struggling not attending community service and using the baby as his own little shield which is wrong but there nothing we can do? If kyle starts talking can he decide where he wants to be placed he loves my mom so much they share this bond but it's so sad when we take him back with his dad it seems like hell for him like he just don't want to be with his dad... can we do any thing about it... I know he's his dad but shouldn't the baby get treated better they have a dog that creates ticks right? The baby gets staff infections and his dad blames it on us we looked it up and it says only a dog or animal who pisses on the baby bottel or something can catch a staff infection his dad has it as well so we know it's not coming from my house but what can we do if he doesn't start going to his meeting we'll loose kyle and he'll be put in the foster system this baby doesn't deserve this but his dad is an idiot and can't see that kyle is loved by all of us and will do any thing for him some one ! Tell me what I should tell my parents and uncles too do I'm only 17 and the only one with a clean record I want to be his guardian I take care of that baby feed him bath him cloth him every thing I'm there 6am to 12pm for him and I'd just be torn apart if he gets back into the foster system again I think he's dad's on his little drug addiction there's a guy that comes to his house on a bike we knoe he's a dope deler:mad::mad:.

Staph infections do not come only from dogs and cats because many hospitals and jails have staph infections and NO animals. But most likely it is coming from his house.

Your mom needs to get children's services involved.
First she needs to write down all her concerns (filth, neglect, abuse) and with all days and incidents she can remember.



The Children's services is suppose to do what is in the best interest of the child.

Back to the letter writer. You are only 17 and I think CPS or the courts may find you too young for to raise a child, no matter how much you love him.
Your heart is in the right place but the adults have to decide what is best for this child. You may tell your Mom that she needs to contact a lawyer about this.
