    How to anull a marriage based on fraud?
    If I want to anull mymarriage based on fraud, do I have to have physical proof? Or it is enough to say that based on my spouse's action during the marriage I've concluded he has married me to get his residency? Therefore he entered the marriage flagulantly.

    Omg!! I heard of this many many times it is common in america specially in latin america... I think you could just report it. But how do you know for sure that's the reason why he marry you??

    I know friends of my parents that they got marry to get their recidency but they both knew and it was just an agrement.

    One of my dad's friends pay the person $15,000 for this agrement, if this person did this to you without telling you have to report it.
