    Meaning of this legal phrase
    What is the meaning of this part of a consideration clause: "and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is acknowledged"

    The full clause is below:

    IN CONSIDERATION OF and as a condition of the Seller selling the Property and the Buyer purchasing the Property and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is acknowledged here, the Parties to this Agreement agree as follows:

    Sounds like a catchall clause Looks like its describing the compensation the seller will give the buyer.
