    Lookinng for a job
I have great administrative assistant experience. I worked for a union as a executive assistant and I have been looking for a job for 2 months now. I been going to jobs but they don't pay well and I have a daughter and rent to pay. I was getting paid $16 an hour and these jobs don't pay that good . Does anyone know where I can find an administrative assistant job that pays well in New York city? Please somebody...

If I were you I would take one of those lower paying jobs until you can locate a higher paying job. The job market stinks everywhere and if you are offered a job - take it as you have no idea when another job will come your way. You can't expect to just jump into another good paying job in this economy right now. At least you will have some income coming into the household to keep you afloat. You'll just have to refigure and rethink your monthly expenses.
