Is it too early to start looking?
OK so I've been single for almost 2 months now
I've been hurting over the ex but no contact and destroying everything she gave me helped a lot
She replaced me in 3 weeks with an obvious down-grade but w/e
So I've been dating and here's where a whole new problem arises cause I'm alrdy on shaky emotional ground:
It seems like the girls I'm interested lose interest in me.
Now there are a few girls I know are interested in me but I don't like them.
I'm not bad looking at all from what I hear but I don't know what to do
Obvs this is part of the dating game ik that but should I just cut off all dating for awhile until I'm more secure? Because it seems like every bad date hurts more that it should and lets be honest I almost feel like a failure. I don't want to rush anything but I'm just lonely...

If you are uncomfortable please give yourself more time because woman know when men are insecure and they usually find it a turn off give yourself time to heal and jump back in when you are ready

Wow, most people I know would be happy to be dating many people regularly, but your not huh, then you must not be ready to have a good time yet, and thats sad, because its also very unattractive to those that are.

Maybe using your time to do things you enjoy, and make, you happy, is what you need, instead of looking for someone to replace what you had!

I'd say, build your confidence back up first, and then look for girls second. Once you feel secure enough to be your old-self, you will notice the girls will stick around for longer. I've had the same happen to me just the other night. I'm talking to this pretty girl and just started feeling nervous for some reason. I didn't know what to say until she got bored and moved on... it hurt my pride a tiny bit, but with all my other breakup pain it was more like a tickle of pain hehe. Now, its been two years since I've dated anyone other than my ex. I'm not quite ready yet. But I will eventually.

You will be ready one day also, just stick to NC and take some time to rediscover yourself, have some fun, self-improve emotionally, physically, and intelectually. After some time, your confidence will start coming back.
