We recently replaced the sink and taps in our kitchen and ever since then have hardly any pressure in the taps. Water just trickles out and is getting on my nerves. Please HELP!!

Do you try to unscrew your aerator (Its the little tip at the end of your spout) to see if that changes the water amount? What kind of 'Taps" faucet is it single Handel two Handel?
Was the shut off valves turned back on all the way? Is it copper pipes that feed the faucet or iron pipes?
    More info would help.

Here is a picture of the aerator 21 boat spoke of...

Remove the aerator by spinning it CLOCKWISE and then run water WITHOUT the aerator in place. Is water flowing stronger when aerator is removed? If so, clean aerator screens well and replace. If water flow not restored then you may need to replace the aerator (available at all home supply stores).

Clean the aerator first... let us know result!

    Thanks...

    Hi Sugar...

Then next you will want to disconnect the supply tubing from the shutoffs under the sink and direct each into a bucket as you turn the shutoffs to the on position...

Here, remove the supply tubes from the faucet and then test each supply tube for flow/blockage by directing into a bucket and turning shutoff on. If water flows strongly from the shutoffs then the problem will be at the faucet itself. If not, the problem will most likely be at the shutoffs under the sink.

If problem at the faucet then you will need to remove the inner cartridge (shut water supply OFF) and PURGE the faucet of any debris by covering the faucet with a rag and turning the water supply ON for a second or two (hot & cold)... then replace all and see what happens. If that didn't fix it then it may be time to get another cartridge to replace the clogged one..?

If problem at the shutoffs, then shut off water at the MAIN WATER SUPPLY to the house (at meter or pump) and remove the stem assembly from the shutoff if possible... see what the washer looks like. May be that you can replace the washers... maybe NOT.

Anyway, try the test above and see what you discover. If you pop back here, please let us know the name and model of the faucet you installed. I may have a spec. sheet to help you in disassembling unit... ;)

    Let us know...
