    Where do I get a spouse visa from?
    Thanks for the answer,where is the best place to get a spouse visa?what do I do?and while its processing can I leave my country to be with my husband and receive the visa while I'm there?

    Your husband must file I-130 with USCIS. Since you have overstayed on your previous trip, you are not able to visit your husband in US. You must wait until the consulate contact you for visa interview. It will be about 6-8 months.
