    Debt limitations by state of bill?
    Is the limitation for delinquent debt law applied to the state in which the bill is or the state in which the consumer (person0 lives currently?

    The laws in the state in which the consumer resides would take precedent regardless of where the transaction took place.

    Unless, of course, the debtor has moved from State to State.

    That would toll the SOL in the original state of residence.
