    What is meanacing and what is the punishment
    A friend was hunting and his dogs got onto some else's property. He shot the dogs and pulled the gun on my friend. They charged him with menacing. What is this and what is the punishment?

    What State and what is the exact charge?

    Was your friend charged with trespassing, anything else?
