    Needing to talk. To anyone
I need someone to talk with, Im feeling super alone in such a sad world right now,
Everyone around me is hurting me, I just can't be here anymore,
I want to just get away... disappear, I feel that no one loves me and that no one really cares, I try to always be there for people but its like there's no one ever here for me.

Im starting to just want to start over and move away from everyone,
I'm so sad and cry so much, I just need to get everything out,
Is there anyone that can help me
Just be a friend to talk to

Have you had several painful or stressful situations hit you all at once?

Sometimes, if you are already feeling hurt and/or stressed it can cause you to feel even more sensitive to other circumstances that normally may not be a real concern for you. You become hypersensitive to being hurt and disappointed and even things that normally may be not a big deal, suddenly become a big deal only to make you feel worse.

Another possible aspect to how you are feeling is how are you taking care of yourself? Do you eat well? Get regular exercise? Spend time with friends or family? Participate in doing something you enjoy or find value in?

If these things are lacking... especially if most of them are lacking, then it would be very difficult to feel good about much of anything. It is important to take care of YOU before you try to be there for others.

Some people go out of their way to be there for others, some people are more inclined to rely on others to be there for them. If you are the sort who finds value and self-satifaction in being there for others, it has to be done without expecting anything in return.

Difficult to be sure, but we often set ourselves up for disappointment when we expect to get back what we give out so freely. Sure it would be nice if everyone gave so freely of themselves, but it just isn't reality. So you can either continue to do so because it makes you feel good to help others out, or you can back off a bit... it may help you be less disappointed in how others respond.

There is nothing wrong with taking time to step back and regroup. Take care of yourself for awhile.

    Hi, lucylove!

In addition to the excellent answer that you've received above, I'd just like to know what sort of things you like to do and in which you're interested, if you wouldn't mind sharing about that, please?

    Thanks!
