    Black film on walls
We have lived in our newly constructed house for 2 years and this winter I have noticed a black carbon film on everything that is white. Our only heat source is electric baseboard heat. I've researched the topic on line and have found that maybe it's from candles that I burn. I also burn candles in the summer and I never had this problem before. The black film is the heaviest right above the electric baseboard heaters. Has anyone ever had this problem before?

Electric baseboard heat does not put out any kind of film but it is a heat source and the convection of the heat can attract the smoke from the candles. There is no cure but to stop burning the candles

When I was about 10 in the late 70's/early 80's I saw a film on TV that was in color, and from cinematography looked as if it was filmed in the 60's. I think it was overdubbed in english. It looked like a historical epic about a struggle for a throne set in India. Battle scenes on elephants,...
