    Snap,crackle,pop, not rice crispies
    I sprained my right ankle in October, and my right ankle is easily sprained,it's almost January, well I guess it is healed, but when I move my ankle in a circle all I hear is "snap,crackle,pop", is that normal?:confused:

    I sprained/twisted my left ankle back in May. My entire leg and Achilles heel tendon are still bothering me, some days more than others. It will just have to heal up on its own. I have tried everything to help my ankle problem to no avail. Just try and stay off as much as possible and eat good, wholesome food.
