    About to lose my home
I am currently behind on my house payments 2 months and I am trying to workout an arrangement with the bank. I sot up a automatic payment in which they tried to take the money before time and the draft did not go through. Now they are saying I wrote a bad check... I tried to make other arrangements and she stated that she placed me in a program in which saved my home about 5 months ago and due to some job issues... I am struggling to pay... I assured her that I could set up the payments to get caught up and she assured me that if I did not have a payment in by 6:30 today she was going to kick me out of my home... She accused me of over spending and not trying... in the last month I have had nuemonia because the heat don't work in the home and I don't have the money to fix it.. and have had to kick out some serious money for medications... I am trying...

Making a payment arrangement and then not adhering to it puts you in a very bad light. I would suggest making an appointment to meet with a counselor at your bank to see what options you have. With the foreclosure crisis, many lenders are willing to work with homeowners, but you have to keep to any arrangement.

DO THE ABOVE QUICKLY so the bank will see you are willing to make a sincere effort. There should be some 1-800 numbers in your local phone book for free advice from attorneys. If you have a church home, seek your pastor as well. There may be people in the congregation that can help, too.

First the bank collection people and other collection people are paid to get tough and try and get money from you. And they don't care who else gets paid, if they get paid first.

And just two months behind is not much, many are 5 to 10 months behind. So you are not too bad compared to most.

And normally they don't want your home they want payments

But you need to have their payments to them on time on the day they wanted them in the future.

Next to get you out of the home, they will have to start foreclosure ( which they can do now if they wanted since you are in default)
