If you are trying to communicate and it isn't working, then you have to get away from the situation for a while and let her think about it. Otherwise you will be building up stress between the two of you trying to settle it. The other guy isn't helping either. Get your telephone number changed, or throw out her cell phone if that what it takes.

Of course I could pick on communication, as in reading instructions. You posted in the introduction area, not the relationship area. Your post has been moved.

    Leave her.

And get all rights towards everything.
    Kids money.

I'm sorry but she has backed out of a contract and has messt up big time
And dares to cheat on you?

I would take her to the cleaners

    This may seem harsh
But I bet she was not thinking how harsh it was
When she was having hot sex with another man.

Think about it. She did not just cheat on you
She cheated on your kids as well.

    Treat it like that.

I disagree that you should "take her to the cleaners." Marriage counselling would be my next step. If she won't go with you, go alone. If you do decide to split up, do it with the basic intention of creating the best situation for your children. Logic, reason and love should dictate your actions.

Get all the facts, before you do anything, and believe no one until all the facts are in.

This is something where actions are needed, not fretting over what another is doing. You can't believe a cheater, or the one she was/is cheating with.
