Tenant complainting about other tenant's noise
I want to know what the rules are for tenant's making noise. I live in a house and the lady in the bmt suit keeps complaining about noise. I am wondering what rights I have and what rights she has. We are both renting form a landlord.
Is there a curtain time frame I can make noise?

Generally quiet time is considered to be from 9-10pm until 6-9am. A certain amount of noise is going to happen.

You don't say what you are doing to make the noise or why she is complaining.

Usually noise curfew is from 11PM until 7AM. In between those times it's hard to make someone keep quiet.

What sort of noise are these people complaining about?
