    How to submit a written pretrial statement?
    Having been sue for credit card debt,I have be notified that case has benn set for a civil pretrial.

    If it's set for pretrial am I correct that this is not Small Claims Court?

    If it's not you may need a formal response.

    It's the state Ohio and also the date is in February.
