An EZ up is a sort of tent-like contraption without the side walls. It has a frame that holds up a canopy to give you shade. This one is about 14x14 feet.
And yes J9, I love my fruit cold with lemon and salt, especially mangos or even cucumbers!

Tal if you like the cucumber with lemon and salt, wait until you try jicama with lemon and salt, and if you like to spice it up a bit, a little chili powder will really rock your world.

Weird, all of you, how could you discreate a lovely treat with salt and stuff, it's like sacrilegious. I probably shouldn't be talking, because I don't like sweets, I don't like icecream, cake, popsicles everyonce in a while, but what really floats my boat are those orange pushups, that's pretty much the only ice cream I like. If it get's any hotter here in California, I think wizz is about to go on a world tour. If anybody is willing to take the hammock, than I will stop by. Who knows I might bring presents. I could be like a summer santa. But with a hammock, and slippers. And a really laid back attitude, I could spread easy going throughout the world...

Wizz, about all I can say is take your show out on the road. When you get to Boise, call me. I'll tell you the secret of mixing Orange Sherbet and really good French Vinilla together! You will never look at a push-up again.

Me tooo actually J_9, I would definitley have more meats than sweets.
Like when I go out I always have a starter and main, hardly ever sweets. But I do fall for lemon cheescake or strawberry marangue (if on the menu).
Its hot here too!
Luckily have the A/c on, keeps the place cool.
Its about 37deg C at d mo!

It's the same at 8.30am too. When I get in my car and look at the temp termometar it states 35deg C...
It gets very hot here in Malta and summer months are long, but I don't complain because id rather have the heat then the rain and grey weather.
Well no special occasion really!
It was spontanious and unexpected which was great!
Mums boyfriend loves cooking for us. He is sicilian and enjoys cooking so he walked in with a bag full of meats and salads :)
Bless him, he so sweet.
But it was nice, like a full family again, we mum, her boyfriend, my bro, hubby and my uncle.

my wife is italian. Which means she's a cousin, aunt, niece, or some other kind of relative to half of the south side of our city.
this means at any moment our little dinner could become an event of 50 people. Not often, but it happens.
and as such she has the cook-enough-food-for-an-army mentality, and its now rubbed off on me. Good for leftovers and freezing. But it gets a little nuts sometimes.
that reminds me. I need to start cooking the meatballs and basta for this weekends gathering. 26 expected... seconds and take-homes... anyone want to peel the garlic or onions?
=)
