hi everyone...
I have a 3rd degree felony possession hanging over me... going to indicted within a couple / few months... I am leaving and going to try and just start over... my question is...

does mexico extradite to usa for 3rd degree charge? If I live in tijuana and tarvel back and forth to southern calif should I worry about being detained and sent back ?

does anyone have advice on mmoving out of US ? What countries I might be safe to travel through with an active warrant in america? I have read that it isn't too hard traveling around europe so long as you don't apply for residency??

U can't get in to canada, and if you go to mexico it may be hard to get back in to us safely

The warrant for your arrest doesn't list the degree of your felony. It just says arrest.

No, of course, you can't keep showing yourself to the American cops/ICE/Border Patrol coming and going at the border. Unless you want to live underground, I don't think there's a place in the world that you'll be safe in. Course, if you have a lot of cash, that might be different...

Countries which have neither diplomatic relations nor extradition treaties with the US are:

Why don't you want to stay and face the consequences? You will never be able to enter the US with an outstanding warrant as warrants do not expire - ever.

You need to think about your future and what you plan on doing for the rest of your life. The third degree felony is pretty serious stuff to have to keep running from year in and year out.

You can be brought back from most places, and it will be an arrest warrant, it will not say what type

And do you want to hide all your life, after 20 years, new job, married, all of a sudden they find you and off you go,
The only way to start a real new life is to face the punishment and start over for real
